She gave us our travel documents in a proper zipped travel pouch—in all the years I’ve travelled I’ve never had the documents presented so nicely. Alex arranged our transport to and from Cairns airport and the Sheraton Mirage. “We booked with Alex at Travelseed for a trip to Vietnam in March 2020 ( we booked pre COVID-19 and got back just in time!!). We hoped for a stop over for a day or two in Singapore and she delivered! Travelseed secured a Singapore Airlines flight with a 2 night stopover at a great place near everything we wanted to see for a fantastic rate. Friends and family couldn’t believe the price we got for the entire trip. We organised our own insurances for the trip and accommodation in Vietnam but Alex had all of those quotes ready to go as a courtesy. She was very helpful with all the links to Visas and any other info we needed. Regular messages during the trip to keep us updated on travel restrictions due to COVID-19 and to make sure everything was ok.
